What We Need From You
Four things that make a real difference — everything else is handled on our end.
Reply to Your Google Reviews
Reply to every review you receive — positive and negative. Google treats review responses as an engagement signal. A brief, genuine response is all it takes. See the Reviews section below for guidance.
Upload Job Photos to Your Google Business Profile
After every job, upload a photo to your Google Business Profile. Recent, real photos are one of the strongest ranking signals — and they give us content to use for your posts. The more the better.
Ask Happy Customers for a Google Review
Your review link and QR code were sent in your onboarding email. Pull up the QR code after a job and have the customer scan it on the spot — it takes them directly to your Google review form.
Let Us Know If Anything Changes
If your phone number, address, hours, or services change — tell us immediately. Inconsistent business information across the web hurts your ranking and can take weeks to fix.
Reviews
Review Management
Reviews are one of the strongest ranking signals. Here’s how to build them fast.
Your Google Review Request Link
Your personalized review link was sent in your onboarding email. Save it to your phone and send it to customers after every completed job. Need it resent? Text your consultant directly.
How to Reply to Google Reviews
Replying to every review (positive and negative) is a ranking signal. This guide shows you how and what to say.
Trigger a Review Request via Text
After a completed job, text your consultant the customer’s name and number. The review request goes out automatically within minutes.

How to Reach Us
Reply to any email from your consultant or text directly. We respond to all client messages within one business day, usually faster. For anything urgent, text is the fastest path.
How Invoices Work
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month. You’ll receive an email from Wave (our invoicing system) and a text from our automated system at 888-780-1636 with a link to view and pay. Feel free to save that number.
What You’ll Receive From Us
You’ll receive a monthly performance report showing your keyword rankings, search impressions, clicks, and any changes month over month. We’ll also reach out proactively if anything needs attention between reports.

Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we hear most often, answered.
Why isn’t my website showing up on Google yet? ▼
For brand new sites, Google has to discover and index your site before it shows up in search results — this typically takes 1 to 4 weeks. We manually submit every page to Google Search Console to speed up the process, but the timeline is ultimately in Google’s hands. If you search for your business by name and see a similar business appearing instead, that’s just Google returning its closest match while your site is still being indexed. Your site will show up correctly once it’s in the index.
What’s the difference between SEO and ads? ▼
Ads get you in front of people immediately but stop the moment you stop paying. SEO builds long-term visibility that compounds over time — once you rank, you rank without an ongoing cost per click. Most businesses benefit from a combination of both: ads for immediate leads while SEO builds in the background. If you’re interested in running ads, reach out and we can walk you through what makes sense for your situation.
How do I update content on my site after launch? ▼
Minor updates — text changes, adding photos, updating hours or contact info — are typically covered under your maintenance plan. For larger changes like new pages or redesigned sections, those are quoted separately. When in doubt, just text or email us and we’ll let you know what’s covered and what isn’t before doing any work.
Why aren’t I ranking yet? ▼
Local SEO takes time — typically 3 to 6 months to see consistent movement in competitive markets. Months 1 and 2 are foundation work. Month 3 is usually the first inflection point. If you’re in month 1 or 2, we’re building the infrastructure that makes ranking possible. The machine is running even when rankings look flat.
Should I be posting on my Google Business Profile? ▼
Yes, and we handle this for you as part of your campaign. If you ever want to post something yourself — a promotion, a seasonal offer, a photo from a recent job — that’s great and it helps. Just make sure the posts are relevant to your services and include your city name where natural.
Should I be replying to my Google reviews? ▼
Yes — reply to every review, including the short ones. Google sees review responses as engagement signals. For positive reviews, a brief genuine thank-you is enough. For negative reviews, stay calm and professional — we can help draft responses if you’re unsure what to say.
How do I know if the SEO is working? ▼
Your monthly dashboard shows keyword ranking positions, search impressions, and website clicks over time. The clearest signal is upward movement in those numbers month over month. Calls and leads typically follow ranking improvements by 4 to 6 weeks, so rankings moving up is the leading indicator to watch.
What can I do to help the process? ▼
Three things make a real difference: consistently asking happy customers for Google reviews, replying to all reviews you receive, and letting us know if anything changes with your business — new address, phone number, hours, or services. Consistency is the biggest factor.
How do I reach my consultant directly? ▼
Reply to any email from your consultant or text directly. We respond to all client messages within one business day, usually faster. If something urgent comes up, text is the fastest path.
