- Basic technical information: like your browser type and IP address, which our hosting provider and the services listed below receive automatically when you visit.
How We Use It
- To build, host and maintain your website and provide the services you purchased
- To contact you about your project, including emailing you a link to finish your intake form
- To prepare your SEO performance reports
- To respond to your questions and requests
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where It’s Stored and Who Handles It
Your intake answers are stored in Google Sheets, and your uploaded files are stored in Google Drive, both in our company Google account. Emails about your intake are sent through Google. This site is hosted by Hostinger. We share your information with these providers only so they can perform these services for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Saved Progress on Your Device
To let you pick up where you left off, our intake form saves your answers in your browser’s local storage on your device. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. This site does not use advertising cookies.
Fonts
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when you visit. Google’s privacy policy applies to that connection.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as we work together and as long as needed afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete it.
Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us at the address below and we’ll respond promptly. If we’re still working on your website, deleting your information may stop us from finishing it.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send us passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through our forms.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
