Agreement to Terms
WebsiteResourceHub is operated by Green Thoughts Consulting LLC (“GTC,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. They apply alongside any proposal, invoice or agreement you have with us. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
Description of Service
WebsiteResourceHub is our client resource center. It includes:
- Website project intake forms and file uploads
- SEO performance reporting
- Guides, help videos and other educational resources
The services we provide to you, such as website design, hosting, maintenance, SEO and advertising management, are described in your proposal or invoice.
Your Content and Information
When you send us logos, photos, text or business details, you confirm that:
- You own them or have permission to use them on your website
- The facts you give us are accurate, including licenses, insurance, warranties, offers and service areas
We publish credentials and offers only as you provide them, and you are responsible for their accuracy. Where your photos don’t cover something, we may use licensed stock photography.
Billing and Payment
- Invoices come from Green Thoughts Consulting LLC through Wave, our invoicing system.
- Recurring services, such as hosting, maintenance and SEO, are billed every 30 days from your start date.
- Website builds are billed as described in your proposal, either in full up front or as a deposit with the balance due as agreed. Payment plans may be available.
Contract Length and Cancellation
Contract length depends on your services and plan. Your proposal or your consultant can tell you what yours includes. To cancel a recurring service, we require 30 days’ notice.
Website Ownership and Moving Your Site
Once your website is paid in full, the website and your domain are yours. If you decide to move your site:
- We will send you a zipped copy of your site, either as HTML files or a WordPress file, depending on how it was built.
- Another designer or agency can move it for you, or we can move it for a one-time fee of $147 once you have set up your new hosting.
- After you notify us that you are moving, you have 30 days to complete the move. To avoid another invoice, plan to complete the move before your next billing date.
Hosting, Support and Maintenance
Hosting keeps the files that make up your website online on a secure cloud server. Maintenance includes daily backups and the updates your site needs to run smoothly and securely. Depending on your plan, support includes small edits, such as replacing an image, updating text, removing a section or duplicating a small section on a page. New pages are not included and are quoted separately.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading business information
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Attempt to circumvent or interfere with the site’s functionality
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
No Guarantees
The site and our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Search rankings depend on Google and many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the 30 days before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the site or our services for violation of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
